The pricing of the paintings, which ranges from £150 to £2,500, has been determined by their size, complexity and framing. 

Unlike generally with oils, water-colour framing involves glazing, mounting (often double mounts), backing and sometimes border washes. 

The pictures in this sale incorporate some or all of these features except for a few which are identified as mounted but not framed.
